Relaxed arrival at Catania airport, individual transfer by car or minibus to the hotel in the Catania region and overnight stay

We start with our pre-selected e-bikes or touring bikes from the hotel and ride through orange plantations, admiring cactus plants and the Macchia Mediterranea. We drive along the river Alcantara, and after about 15km reach deep gorges, make a stop here and visit the area.

We continue to Francavilla di Sicilia. Here we stop for a city tour and visit an oil mill where we also carry out a tasting.

In the afternoon we drive up to the mountain village “Motta Camastra”, where parts of the film “The Godfather” were shot. Here you have one of the most beautiful views of mount Etna.

Back to the hotel by bike.

In the morning after breakfast departure by bus to Acireale for our City Bike Tour.

Then continue to Aci Trezza. This village is known for Odysseus: Here the Cyclops hurled the huge rocks at seafarers. The gigantic rocks are still in the sea today, which has been declared a nature reserve in this region.

After the visit we continue along the coastal road to Catania and tour across the city with our bikes: “City tour on Bike”.

Afterwards we return the bikes and enjoy a little free time on site.

Afterwards we head back to the hotel by bus.

Today we check out of our hotel and take the bus to Syracuse. Here an old train line was converted into a cycle path. We pass the beautiful rocky coast, ancient walls from antiquity, a tuna factory and let ourselves be enchanted by the fantastic view of the sea.

So we reach the city of Siracusa, which we visit from the bike: “City Tour on Bike”. We also look at the old town of Ortigia. temples, churches, alleys and a market. Ortigia is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Sicily. 

In the afternoon we cycle to the Nature Reserve Fonte Ciane. There the bikes are picked up. We continue by bus to our new accommodation.

Departure by bus to Noto, the capital of the Sicilian Baroque. Visiting the city…and then we go on a bike: We cycle south to the bird sanctuary Vendicari and visit it.

We continue to Marzamemi. Here we will visit a winery and taste the wine. In Marzamemi we experience a city tour. Afterwards we all have some free time for relaxation and inspiration.

Then we continue with our bikes to Portopalo, where the two seas meet.

Here we are picked up by the bus that takes us back to the hotel.

Departure by bus to Ragusa, where we find our bikes. Through the alleys of Ragusa Alta we drive to Ragusa Bassa or visit IBLA – and on to Modica City.

We visit Modica City as “City Tour On Bike”. There is also a tasting of the delicious chocolate produced here. Afterwards leisure time, in the afternoon we continue to Scicli.

Here we are picked up by the bus and taken back to the hotel.
